We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your tea, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Opened tea products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@qitinghao.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order. We will refund the original item and you can purchase the new one separately.
